Vino Habla la Tierra 2021

Habla la tierra is the entrance to the wines of Bodegas Habla.

200 Hectares of difficult land, slate, not very fertile and demanding, but it knows how to take care of the plant. Not receiving enough water, the vine struggles to survive and strives to find it itself, giving little, but the best of itself. In this way, the grape will tell us with its aromas where it is planted. It is the mystique of "the essence".

The grapes used to make Habla la Tierra come from a vineyard with 68 plots that are treated individually. The vines are young, about 15 years old.

Each plot is vinified separately and the entire fermentation process of Habla la Tierra is carried out in stainless steel tanks with a maximum capacity of 5,000 litres. During the fermentation process, the must is in permanent contact with the skins.

Finally, before being bottled and released on the market, Habla la Tierra is aged for four months in French oak barrels.
