The Macallan Double Oak is double Cask Matured in a unique, complex combination of exceptional oak cask; European oak cask seasoned and  Amerian oak casks seasoned with serry.

Farming still continues on the estate; in late summer the fields around Easter Elchies grow rich and golden with their own harvest. Golden Promise Barley, one of the vital ingredients in the creation of our spirit, continues to be grown on Macallan land to this day.

Taste : balanced and spicy with honey, citrus fruits, raisins and caramel.
Finish: long, warm and dry with sweet notes.
