At its full strength (52.4% ABV), vanilla is the standout character to be discovered. When the whisky is 'cut' to 40% ABV by adding water, sweet pineapple tropical notes come to the fore.
Both strengths have been carefully selected by the Whisky Maker, Steven Bremner, for this sensory journey.
NOSE: Rich vanilla, orchard fruits, marzipan, citrus peel, freshly cut herbs, and sweet oak.
PALATE: Rich vanilla, baked custard, milk chocolate, sweet green apple, and balanced oak spices.
FINISH: Long, rich, and sweet finish.
