The Almoroig CLM Merlot 2015 DeLuxe is a wine born of extreme dedication, crafted from a small parcel in the foothills of the Mariola and Benicadell mountain ranges. The vines, aged between 5 and 15 years, thrive in an area of contrasts: warm days and cool nights, endowing this Merlot with exceptional elegance and complexity.
The grapes were harvested at dawn to preserve their freshness, leading to controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. But what truly defines this wine is its extended aging: 80 months in both American and French oak barrels ("Artisanale de Beaune Tremeaux"), which impart a unique profile where dark fruit intertwines with sweet spices and subtle toasty notes.
In the glass, it reveals an intense garnet color with aromas of ripe plum, blackberry, vanilla, and a balsamic hint. On the palate, it's rounded with silky tannins and a long finish that invites you to savor every sip.
With only 1,600 bottles and 41 Magnums produced, this wine is a collector's gem, perfect for pairing with roasted meats, hearty stews, or simply enjoying on a special occasion.

The nose invites you to explore red fruit aromas like raspberry, cherry, plum, and blackberry notes.
