Vino Vega Izan Crianza 2021

Ribera del Duero is one of the most outstanding quality red wine producing areas in Spain.

Guzman de Izán (Burgos), the municipality where Bodegas Riberalta is located, is one of the best considered areas within the production area of the Ribera; its special orography, its 800 metres of altitude, the limit of the vineyard cultivation, its streams or soft valleys oriented to the midday, the texture of the gravelly-sandy, loose and healthy soil. The clayey subsoil, with a high water retention capacity, provides perfect ripening and a scarce but high quality fruit.

The grape variety is exclusively Tempranillo, which due to its special adaptation to these lands is called TINTO FINO.

All the plantations are over 15 years old, in some cases reaching 60 years, providing a perfect fruit for ageing. The winery is built with the nobility of Castile and in its facilities, the technology is always at the service of tradition.
