Ginebra Puerto de Indias Strawberry

Gin Puerto de Indias Strawberry is produced by Los Alcores de Carmona, a 100% family company that maintains the tradition of distilling in stills with more than a century of history.

As one of the oldest in the province of Seville and one of the oldest in Andalusia, they carefully preserve the old ways of distilling without ceasing to innovate in their desire to offer their customers products of the highest quality.

The company produces a wide range of distillates, being masters in the production of aniseed under the brand name "Los Hermanos" as well as owners of "Triunfo" liqueurs, producing the first Andalusian pacharán.

The quality of its distillates is the result of the involvement of Los Alcores de Carmona in using Andalusian raw materials, Puerto de Indias is made with carefully selected strawberries from the fields of Huelva, as well as its selection of botanicals from various parts of its geography.

Its gins are made in copper stills in a slow distillation process marked by the fire produced with olive wood, a throwback to the distillation processes of yesteryear.

Using alcohol previously macerated in strawberries to obtain the strawberry variety and the preparation of botanicals, they achieve the authentic Puerto de Indias flavour.
