Mediterranean red wine cultivated sustainably in the Alto Vinalopó. Monastrell from rigorously dried out vineyards, pruned in a traditional goblet, Syrah and Alicante Bouschét conducted in high glasses with small amounts of water, to mitigate the heat of the summer.The vinification is carried out in small 10,000 kg tanks with a lot of whole grapes, with a lot of whole clusters and 20% of grape skins. Controlled fermentation at low temperature, 21ºC with its own native yeasts, 20% of the wine is aged in 500 litre French oak barrels. Wine with very little intervention to respect the fruit and the Mediterranean expression. In this wine we want to reflect the Purity and Magic of the Mediterranean.
There are notes of scrubland, small pine, resin, refreshing balsamic, rosemary, thyme and rockrose.In the mouth the search for balance is the key, magnificent balance, good weight in the mouth, where the rasp gives freshness and verticality.
