Hatozaki Premium Blended Whiskey is light in style with a rich malt whisky base
Hatozaki Whiskey is a blended premium whiskey up to 12 years old and with a minimum malt content of 40%. Although Japanese regulations allow the components and their age to be mentioned on the labels, we always use the whiskies that are at their best so each batch may contain a different proportion of each whisky as well as different ages and for that reason we have chosen not to specify this on the label. Hatozaki Premium Blended Whiskey is light in style with a rich malt whisky base. The cereal notes and a slight sweet touch.
Whisky is named after the Hatozaki Lighthouse, the oldest lighthouse in Japan. The liquid is aged in many different types of barrels, including sherry, bourbon and Mizunara oak, giving it a complex flavour profile.
