Finca Collado Chardonnay+Moscatel is a refreshing and pleasant white wine, good for drinking all year round by all winelovers. It is a wine which can be drunk by the glass, with snacks and even with rich dishes. The combination of varieties gives a wine with a complex bouquet, which the aromatic Moscatel dominates, but combining well with the Chardonnay, adding notes of the crianza with evolution in the glass. Whilst best drunk within two years of the harvest it has a long life and will age gracefully for longer.
Chardonnay and Moscatel vines with 25 years of age located at Finca Collado. Sandy and chalk soils, in terraces at 700m above sea level. Trained vines planted in low density, with supporting irrigation from well water.

Tasting Notes
Finca Collado Chardonnay/Moscatel is a wine in which the Chardonnay with its time in oak and the fresh moscatel combine with the result that neither dominates,but complement each other; it is fresh, complex and balanced. Pale gold in colour, the appearance of a young wine, with a sensation of delicacy. On the nose there is a combination of floral and tropical fruit notes with honey and citrus with a gentle hint of lightly toasted oak. On the palate it has a smooth and fresh pass, is seductive and the necessary acidity to give it this fresh sensation. This balance leads to a long finish and aftertaste full of tropical fruit notes combined with notes from the ageing.
