Finca Collado Minimal is made from Monastrell grapes grown on traditional vines under extreme conditions.
Based on the principle of minimal intervention, both in the vineyard and the winery, Finca Collado Minimal is carefully crafted.
Partially vinified with direct pressing and whole clusters, it is aged in amphorae, stainless steel, and barrels until the optimal bottling time.
No added sulphites.
