Tequila Corralejo Reposado

The beautiful Hacienda Corralejo was built in 1775 by Don Pedro Sánchez de Tagle and was of an extraordinary extension in those time. Back then, it had 42 big spots and 26 smaller ones (all of them are hacienda shells today) and was rightly considered historical because at this very place Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, the father of our country, was born.

Corralejo Reposado is left to repose for four months in barrels of three different types of wood, French and American oak and white oak. This is her unique method of influencing the taste of the tequila by using wood.

This method has been acknowledged with 3 gold medals at international events and with the Double Gold Medal at the World Liquor Competition in 2001.
