The Macallan Sir Peter Blake Celebrates Four Decades of Artistry with Sir Peter Blake
The longstanding collaboration between Sir Peter Blake and The Macallan is a testament to our shared pursuit of excellence, forging a natural and enduring partnership over nearly four decades.
Our journey with Sir Peter Blake began in 1986, when he crafted a label for a set of twelve 60-year-old malt whiskies from 1926, masterfully capturing the era in which the whisky matured in sherry casks.

Anecdotes of Ages
When Sarah Burgess, The Macallan’s Lead Whisky Maker, and Sir Peter Blake came together, it sparked a meeting of minds that inspired the careful curation of casks to create a complex yet perfectly balanced single malt whisky.
This collaboration gave rise to a collection of 13 bottles from 1967, each adorned with a distinctive collage label capturing the history of The Macallan, its community, and the natural surroundings of The Macallan Estate.
