Obtained from the Pedro Ximenez grapes, made raisins. At the end of the summer, the grapes are spread out on mats during 10 days to naturally concentrate the sugars, aromas, and flavours, 20 Years of Solera.

Oxidative ageing through Solera and Criadera system. Aged during 20 years in American oak barrels in our hundred-year-old cellar. The barrels used for the aging belong to the winery since its foundation in 1902. It is the most awarded wine from our Cellars, excellent old sweet PX from Montilla-Moriles.
Jet black colour with aromas of ripe figs, vanilla, hints of liquorice and roasted coffee. Very sweet and velvety, with an intense palate of cocoa, dates, chocolate and nuts; with a woody background that expresses its age. Warm, creamy and smooth, sweet and slightly bitter. An exceptional personality.
