Edoné Grand Cuvée Rosé is a blend of Tempranillo and Merlot, all selected in our estate.
Champenoise method from the Mediterranean mountain, at more than 1000 meters of altitude. Edoné Gran Cuvée rosé is our finest sparkling wine, coming from our isolated and ecologic vineyard. The selection is made parcel by parcel, harvesting is made by hand, vinification is traditional, and ageing is made in oak barrel. After the light ageing in barrel, the second fermentation takes place for a minimum of 54 months in our underground cellar at 12 degrees, away from any lights. Edoné Grand Cuvée Rosé is a blend of Tempranillo and Merlot, all selected in our estate. A unique and exclusive wine.
