From family-owned vineyards with stocks from 5 to 20 years old.
Classic production with unstemmed, partially crushed grapes.
Temperature-controlled during fermentation and maceration. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats at 20-22 ºC.
Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.
Bottle aged for a minimum of 3 months before marketing.

It offers our eyes a clear, bright cherry colour.
On the nose, an intense aroma of flowers and wild berries, united with creamy and vanilla touches, specific to its aging in wood.
The mid-palate is broad, elegant, persistent, and velvety.
