A special selection of 20 years old Cream Sherry, which has been in cask of American oak.

Vino Generoso de Licor, a blended wine with the Denomination of Origin Jerez–Xérès-Sherry, of physicochemical oxidative ageing and concentration via evaporation and indication of age, VOS 20yrs.

Production

Very chalky typical of albariza soil, warm climate viticulture, early harvesting, low pressure first must be pressing in the first 40 to 70 litres per 100kg. From grape, fermentations at 25ºC, dynamic crianza and ageing by the criaderas and solera system in oak casks seasoned for over 20 years, of the physicochemical type, by oxidation and concentration, average minimum ageing of 20 years.

Tasting Notes

Dark mahogany in colour with bright copper highlights. Very intense aroma, characteristic of tobacco, cedar, spices, toasted sugar, toffee, dried peaches, prunes, figs and walnut, with faint notes of vanilla. Sweet, elegant, high acidity due to concentration, fresh, velvety and very well-balanced in the mouth. Very persistent retronasal sensation, complex, pleasant and generous. A tremendously expressive and elegant wine.
