Bodegas Williams & Humbert was created more than 125 years ago and is one of the most prestigious bodega firms in the world. It was funded in 1877 by Sir Alexander Williams, a great admirer of Jerez products, and Arthur Humbert, a specialist in international relations.
Since the company´s beginning the wines and brandies have been conserved in oak barrels of the highest quality (soleras).

The extraordinary characteristics of this brandy are a direct consequence of its raw materials: a combination of soleras of Gran Duque de Alba and Gran Duque de Alba Oro. Excellence upon excellence. A very old brandy with a complexity which only time can bestow.
A perfect combination of soleras of Gran Duque de Alba and Gran Duque de Alba Oro. Final ageing takes place in American oak casks which have previously aged Don Guido, a famed Pedro Ximenez sherry with a certified age of 20 years as guaranteed by the Sherry Regulating Council.

Tasting Notes | Brandy of a noble colour, between antique mahogany and ebony. Very bright, intense nose, with notes of sultanas, grapes, plums, vanilla... Reminiscences, also, of old furniture varnish, no doubt characteristic of its long years of ageing. Complex and majestic on the palate, unctuous and velvety at the same time. Intense, persistent and very long aftertaste. |
