Dry Sack Solera Especial is aged 15 years, to develop the rich complex aroma derived from its Palomino and Pedro Ximénez grapes.
It is warm and spicy in flavour, full flavared on the palate with a long-lasting aftertaste. This excepcional wine embodies the long tradition and experience of Williams and Humbert dating back to 1877.
Quality Liquor Wine Produced in a Specific Region, in Spain, fortified liquor wine with the Quality Demarcation Jerez – Xérès – Sherry and indication of age – matured and aged for 15 years. Slightly sweetened oloroso or “medium sweet”.
Production
Bud musts. Controlled fermentation at 28º C. Fortified with distilled wine alcohol at up to 20.5º. The Palomino and Pedro Ximénez are blended in the racks while waiting to enter the Criaderas y Soleras system. Physical-chemical ageing through oxidation for at least 15 years, achieving this slightly sweetened oloroso or “medium sweet”.
