West Cork Black Cask its mande in charred bourbon casks
West Cork Black cask it's a fine blend of grain (66%) and malt (34%) whiskey aged in first fill bourbon casks for three years, and polish matured for a further year in heavily charred bourbon casks. The result is a beautifully balanced whiskey with a vanilla and lingering sweetness.
West Cork Irish Whiskey is produced distilled, matured and bottled on-site at West Cork Distillers, and each bottle is Triple Distilled, Non-Chill Filtered and carefully crafted using the finest of Local Ingredients.
