A young, fruity wine that reflects the maximum expression of the variety.
A selection of grapes from our Monastrell vineyards, which are over 50 years old, located between the Salinas, Umbria and Sima mountain ranges at an altitude of 750 m above sea level, on limestone soils with little capacity to retain water, covered with stones forming a platform at the foot of the mountain, thus preventing erosion and acclimatising the soil especially in summer.
Made with native yeasts, without added sulfites and with the minimum intervention in the winery.
Continental climate, with a certain Mediterranean influence. A unique microclimate that is the result of the convergence of the three mountain ranges mentioned above, combined with high altitudes, which are exclusive to this area of Alicante.
The grapes are meticulously classified in the winery in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, without added sulphites with minimal human intervention
