Pepe Mendoza Pureza Ánfora is a wine from the traditionally known brisados.
Pureza Ánfora is a wine of great character, strength, and soul. It is crafted following the ancient tradition of making white wines by macerating the must with the skins.
In the Alicante region, these wines are known as Brisados or Brisats and are now referred to as Amber or Orange Wines.
Made from the Moscatel variety sourced from Abargues, Pla de Lliber, and Benimei. The wines are macerated and vinified in amphoras (clay jars) crafted by master Juan Padilla in the Marina region.
