Vineyard
Trellised with an average density of 4000 plants/ha.
Exhaustive ripening control aimed at the optimal extraction of all the organoleptic virtues of the grapes and the maintenance of the vineyard's health.
Winemaking
Harvested mechanically at night so that the grapes arrive at the winery at a temperature of no more than 10º. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Careful, low-intensity pressing.

Tasting Notes
Visual: Clean and fresh in which herbaceous notes join the fruity aromas, such as the hints of fennel typical of the Verdejo grape.
Olfactory: Powerful on the nose and with a long aftertaste, it is an ideal wine to accompany seafood dishes and also to be enjoyed on its own.
Taste: Extremely fresh wine with great vivacity and long floral persistence.
