Delampa Autor is the signature wine produced by Bodegas Delampa.
Delampa Autor is made from unirrigated vines planted in a stony limestone-brown soil, very poor in organic matter, with a density of 1500 vines at an altitude of 850 metres, with an approximate yield of 3500 Kg/ha.
The grapes grow in a continental climate influenced by the Mediterranean and the Manchegan plateau, sunny and arid, with an average annual temperature of 16º.
Delampa Autor is made from grapes harvested by hand and placed in 10,000 kg tanks, where it undergoes fermentation and maceration for 15 days at a temperature of 25º.

Tasting Notes
Appearance: Medium-high cherry red colour.
Nose: Powerful on the nose, clean and complex, with aromas of ripe fruit and hints of new wood.
Taste: Well-constituted, balanced, full-bodied, with a pleasant passage through the mouth and very good persistence.
