Madame Monastrell is a young, fruity wine that reflects the maximum expression of the variety.
Selected vineyards planted in the early 90s. Vineyards under a Mediterranean climate, with continental features due to its altitude.
The grapes are harvested in the first fortnight of October, carrying out a rigorous field control, achieving an optimum point of ripeness.
Vinification
The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks, with macerations of 15 days, not exceeding 25 degrees.
