Brandy obtained from “holandas”, low alcohol content wine spirits (65°), aged in American oak casks previously seasoned with “Pedro Ximénez” Jerez wines, following the traditional dynamic ageing system known as “Criaderas y Soleras”.

Sight: Dark mahogany with hints of burnt umber.Smell: Elegant notes of oak which integrate perfectly with the delicate aroma of “holandas" (wine spirits) obtained in a still, with notable aromas of vanilla and perfumes of "crianza" aged wine, plums and raisins.Taste: Smooth, unctuous and velvety with a very intense, complex finish in the mouth, with prominent and well integrated spiced notes and notes of dried fruit and nuts and chocolate.
