Tasting Notes | Colour: Transparent, translucent gin, with a steely rim and flickering sparkles in the background, clean and bright. To the eye it is crystalline and brilliant, with ample steely glints.
Aroma: An elegant and fine distillate on the nose, with an abundance of juniper and wet grass notes, somewhat sharp but very balsamic and with fine hints of resin. It is very aromatic, with delicate and enveloping notes of wild berries, such as juniper, with fine resinous hints and a background of fine herbs.
Taste: Very smooth and unctuous. On the palate it is tasty, delicate and very aromatic, with hints of juniper berries. With flavours of other aromatic herbs, a light touch of citrus resins, taste of alcohol with a slight spiciness typical of its high alcohol content, very fine of its good distillation.
Finish: At the end it is very aromatic with ample balsamic memories, very long, it stays for a long time in the taste. |
