Following the great success of its premiere Prosecco, Freixenet continues to expand its expertise in wine making and pleasing the hearts of wine lovers around the world, with the new Freixenet Italian Rosé sparkling wine.
Glittering with stunning beauty and blushing pink hues, Freixenet Italian Rosé is a delicious blend of the finest Italian harvest of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes. Whole grape bunches are gently pressed and the juice undergoes slow cooled fermentation. This preserves the grape’s delicate aromatics and freshness.
The second fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in pressurized stainless steel tanks. After a few weeks, the result is a fruity, fresh and seductive sparkling wine with remaining natural sugar.
