Made with dry vines planted in a stony limestone-brown soil, very poor in organic matter, with a density of 1500 vines at an altitude of 800 metres.

Harvested by hand, with fermentation and maceration for 15 days.

Olfactory: Attractive aroma, fresh, fruity and sweet, with lots of fruit on the nose and clean aromas, with notes of fresh red and black fruit, cherries, raspberries, and blackberries. Taste: In the mouth it has a fleshy entrance, with many sensations of fruit in the mouth and light vegetal sensations, medium persistence through the retronasal passage, with the fruit returning to the memory.
