Bodegas Delampa cultivates the Verdejo variety in Jumilla and obtains a wine that is very different from the Verdejo of Rueda, fresher and brighter, you will love it!
Vineyard
Trellised with an average density of 4000 plants/ha.
Exhaustive ripening control aimed at the optimal extraction of all the organoleptic virtues of the grapes and the maintenance of the vineyard's health.
Winemaking
Harvested mechanically at night so that the grapes arrive at the winery at a temperature of no more than 10º. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Careful, low-intensity pressing.
