Ingredients:
- 1 piece of chuchuhuasi
- Dark soda
- 1 bottle of aguardiente
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 lemon
- Lemon slices
Preparation
- In a bottle, combine the chuchuasi with aguardiente and leave it to macerate for three months.
- After that time, add sugar to a pot until it begins to burn and has melted.
- Remove from the heat and stir constantly with the lemon juice. Add the lemon juice and a spoonful of syrup to each glass, then pour the chuchuhuasi on top, about a quarter of the glass.
- Finally, top up with soda and add a lemon slice as garnish.
