Homemade liqueurs #1. Amarula style
Ingredients
- 100 g instant coffee
- 100 cc cream
- 100 cc milk
- 100 cc condensed milk
- 250 g dulce de leche
- 250 g sugar
- 200 cc fine alcohol
- 250 cc mineral water
Preparation
Mix the water, sugar and coffee in a pan and place over low heat until everything dissolves. Add milk, cream, condensed milk and dulce de leche. Mix until dissolved and unified, and finally add the alcohol. Mix and let the mixture reach room temperature, then place it in a glass bottle. Leave to rest for one week outside the fridge, mixing twice a day. Then enjoy.
Baileys is one of the most internationally demanded liqueur brands.
Homemade liqueurs #2 Baileys
Ingredients
- 500 cc
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 3/4 cup whisky
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients until well combined. Place in a glass bottle and it is ready.
Irish cream liqueur offers a feast for the palate, so trying the recipe at home is a good experience.
Homemade liqueurs #3 Irish liqueur
Ingredients
- 400 cc water
- 400 g sugar
- 3 large tablespoons coffee
- 1 can condensed milk
- 150 cc ethyl alcohol
- 350 cc whisky
- 3 tablespoons vanillin
Preparation
In a pan, place the water, sugar and coffee. Cook over medium heat and stir until everything dissolves well. Let cool. Once cold, add the condensed milk and stir well. Add the alcohol, whisky and vanilla. Stir well. Place in the container you are going to use, such as a bottle, and it is ready to drink.

Homemade liqueurs #4 Vanilla liqueur
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 5 egg yolks
- 4 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 180 cc cream
- 1 cup edible alcohol
Preparation
Blend the sugar with the water until fully dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients and blend a little more. Ready to bottle. Yields 1 litre.
Chocolate liqueur always gives a good experience.
Homemade liqueurs #5 Chocolate liqueur
Ingredients
- 250 cc vodka
- 250 g semi-bitter chocolate
- 200 cc milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 400 g condensed milk
Preparation
Mix the cornstarch with the milk. Add the chocolate and heat until it dissolves. Once ready, let cool to room temperature. In a blender add the vodka and the previous mixture. Blend for 1 minute. Add the condensed milk and blend 1 minute more. Bottle and leave in the fridge for three hours before drinking. It lasts approximately 6 months. Always shake before serving. With ice it is delicious.
