Bicicletas y Peces Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine made from the best vineyards in the area.
Harvesting is manual with grape selection in the vineyard. Once the grapes have been destemmed and pressed, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Once the fermentation is over, it rests in the bottle for a few months before going on the market.
Bicicletas y Peces Sauvignon Blanc is an aromatic, light and fresh wine. Intense on the nose, tropical aromas stand out with slight vegetable notes. A refreshing wine, ideal for drinking alone or with company.
