Elena Adell has been able to choose the best plots of land in the area to make this wine (San Cristóbal, La Tahola and Los Cabezos, in Fuenmayor), together with the most experienced farmers she has worked conscientiously on the Tempranillo vines, and it is well known that if you do your best with the vineyard you will usually get a great wine.
And he has wanted to do it in the simplest way possible, with an aging that is expressive, elegant and balanced, surely everything that the founder of the winery wanted his wines to be.

Cherry red color, very vibrant, very attractive.
It leaves us expectant of what we'll feel when we smell and taste the wine.
Deliciously fruity nose. And that's because, it's the fruit that we're going to capture first in this wine: cherry, plum, blackberry, blueberry, a slight note of strawberry...
If we go deeper, we'll find a floral side, a little licorice. The spices given by the wood during the ageing process appear later: clove, pepper, nutmeg, a touch of vanilla, another of cocoa...
The aging is treated with subtlety, with elegance, so that it is a component of this wine, without highlighting.
And to finish your mouth, delicious, fragrant, soft, very long. The wine finally leaves us with a memory of fruit and spices and the desire to taste it again.
