Most of its vineyard is made up of old vines over 25 years old, in which the majority of the Tempranillo variety is grown. The vineyards are divided into plots so that the vocation of the grapes is determined for each type of wine.
This Private Collection with its cherry red colour of magnificent intensity anticipates a perfumed nose, in which memories of abundant red fruit predominate, accompanied by soft mineral notes, wood, spices... In the mouth, powerful, fresh, wide, full of nuances; blueberries, raspberry, blackberry, cocoa, coffee with milk, smoked... Its length, smoothness, elegance, leaves a pleasant memory.

Elaboration and aging
Classic destemmed-crushed elaboration. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of around 25ºC. 15 days of maceration. Ageing in barrels for 12 months. 100% new French oak.
