Feliz Azpilicueta Colección Privada Rosado is the clear image of what a Rosé wine can be.
The must obtained after a few hours of cold maceration is fermented in American oak barrels.
The soft toasting of the wood adds complexity, but does not mask the personality of the variety.
After alcoholic fermentation, months of ageing on the lees give the wine roundness in the mouth and length.
"It breaks stereotypes. Félix Azpilicueta Colección Privada shows that a rosé can dazzle, be serious and complex". Elena Adell, Azpilicueta Winemaker
Due to its aromatic complexity and magnificent palate, it will be perfect in difficult harmonies: salads, vegetables, rice, pasta, roast suckling pig and suckling pig.

Tasting Notes
Pale pink in colour with a subtle coppery hue.
On the nose, we find the elegant contribution of the wood, integrated between the abundant red fruits and the restrained floral nuances.
The palate is silky and of great length.
