Vega Brut Nature is the confluence of the Mediterranean sun and the Levantine land.
Dominio de Requena Brut is made from a fermentation at 14ºC, the tirage was made in December and its yeasts have been selected for years by the family, giving this cava a unique character.
The vineyard is more than 20 years old, and it is aged in the bottle for at least 12 months. After this time we move on to the destemming phase with the minimum addition of expedition liqueur.

On the nose, it is fresh and easily suggests touches of fruit and flowers with light aromas of aromatic herbs. Also, secondary aromas of banana and citrus arise.
In the mouth it has a good acidity, with character, tasty and fruity. The bubble is intimate. It proposes a pleasant and dry finish.
Serve very cold, around 4ºC. |
