The whiskeys in THE WILD GEESE CLASSIC BLEND are unique to THE WILD GEESE COLLECTION. It is produced using an Extended Double Distillation process for a much smoother product with distinctive character. The resultant, richer distillate is matured in single-use white oak 'Bourbon' casks, among the most exceptional in the industry. 

The brand takes its name from an old Irish term for soldiers who had left to serve as mercenaries in continental armies
