Pacharán Atxa Sierra de Orduña is produced by soaking the sloe fruit from the Sierra de Orduña in alcohol and then mixing it with the triple distillation of three types of anise. This recipe has been followed for over 150 years, and for each kilogram of sloe three litres of alcohol are obtained.
Pacharán Atxa Sierra de Orduña has a fruity and balanced flavour and is recommended for an after dinner digestive.
