Mistela Jarabe de Palo Premium is a distinguished liqueur wine made from the exceptional Muscat of Alexandria grape, grown in the prestigious Teulada region of Alicante (DOP Alicante).
Its unique patented production method includes an infusion of French oak during maceration, adding complex toasted wood notes and a perfect balance with fruity aromas and intense raisin nuances.
The sun, sea breeze and mild temperatures throughout the year provide a privileged Mediterranean microclimate for growing this vine, resulting in large, loose clusters with thick, fleshy yellow grapes. The high aromatic power and sugar content of these grapes produce unique wines and liqueurs.
Muscat of Alexandria
The vineyard is composed of old vines, unmodified genetically, meaning the grapes remain organoleptically identical to those of their origins in the Roman Empire.

Tasting Notes | Colour: With a clean and bright appearance, it shows a golden hue leaning towards bronze, making it visually very appealing.
Nose: On the nose, it reveals high aromatic intensity, with fine and clean aromas of honey and Muscat grapes at optimal ripeness, set against a backdrop of white flowers. The spicy tones from the French oak are perfectly integrated, giving the whole great complexity and roundness.
Palate: Sweet, fruity, and fresh on the palate. Notes of honey return, along with fresh Muscat grapes, sweet spices, and nuts from the toasted wood.
