Toro Crianza Red Wine
Matsu El Recio represents the balance between youth and maturity.
Matsu El Recio is made from 100% Tinta de Toro grapes, sourced from vineyards up to 90 years old with limited production, grown on poor soils and cultivated naturally.
A 14-month ageing process in French and Eastern oak barrels refines the wine.
Appearance: Ruby red colour.
Nose: Tertiary aromas from the barrel, with notes of vanilla, pastry, cocoa, and coconut. At the same time, it maintains freshness with predominant fruit notes, especially red fruits and hints of strawberry.
Palate: Very balanced and full of complexity. Smooth entry with excellent tannic structure, featuring silky and velvety tannins, combined with very good acidity that provides length.
