The Crema de Turrón de Jijona is made using the same recipe as the traditional turrón de Jijona, its texture is creamy and delicious.

Since 1854 working with the best raw materials for the result is of the highest quality and was continued with success by the couple formed by Wenceslao Monerris Rovira and Isabel Picó Espí. Directed since 1940 by Pascual Sanchis Coloma it adopted the name of Wenceslao Monerris' Widow.

Since 1988 the company is known for its old brands San Jorge and La Colmena.
