More information Hendrick's 5 CL (Scotland) Miniatures
Famous gin for their cucumber and rose flavours.
There are only four Carter-Head stills in the world. Hendricks has one of these coveted stills which dates back to the 19th century and has been restored to its original condition so that the gin can be processed as it was back then.

Instead of boiling all its ingredients the Carter-Head bathes them in vapours.
This process makes a great difference in the gin´s flavour. It is a luxury distillation that harmoniously mixes the botanical components to make Hendrick's gin very special.
Gallery botanicals are included during the distillation, after which two infusions are added. First a touch of Bulgarian Rose is added, from which oil is extracted from its petals. After fresh crushed fruit is added and mixed with freezing cold water which creates an essence. This starts a slow infusion process in which the subtle flavours of the essence are carefully infused with small quantities of alcohol, over and over again.
One of Hendrick's distinguishing features is its bottle which is modelled after the antique pharmacy bottles.
These types of bottles are perfect for maintaining the essenses and botanical elements of the liquids.
