It is a wine which seeks to cover the demands for mediterranean rosés both in having a base of Merlot but secondly also for those who seek a rosé from Monastrell. For the experienced consumer or one who wants to taste a singular rosé, different to the rest of the market, in which the Monastrell spends just a litle more than a month in barrel. This distinguishes it from all other products in the market and demonstrates a leap in quality.
VINEYARDS: Merlot vines with 30 years age located at Finca Collado , in clay-loam soils. Trained vines planted in low density with supportive irrigation from well water. Old vine Monastrell with more than 40 years of age.

Note di Degustazione | Finca Collado Merlot/Monastrell is a rosé with fruity nose and is seductive in the mouth, a result of the combination of winemaking techniques.
It has a brilliant and vibrant colour that gives a pleasant appearance. On the nose strawberry fruit with a hint of jam predominates without being excessively intense. Sweet entry on the palate, leading to an unctuous and pleasant pass across the palate and a remarkable acidity which balances the wine perfectly.
