Carlos I Amontillado, a unique Solera Gran Reserva Brandy, was born from the aging of our Solera de Amontillado La Honda, founded in 1857, in hundred-year-old hand-picked boots. An unbeatable experience due to its complex saline and mineral notes, touches of dried fruit and silky, elegant finish.

Tasting Notes

Amber colour, luminous, with greenish reflections.
Predominantly reminiscent of noble wood, mahogany, roasted, with saline and mineral notes, unmistakable signs of a very old amontillado, with hints of hazelnuts, walnuts and roasted chestnuts.
Silky and dry, with a clear cathedral effect reminiscent of almonds and hazelnuts.
