Amber colour, luminous, with greenish reflections.
Predominantly reminiscent of noble wood, mahogany, roasted, with saline and mineral notes, unmistakable signs of a very old amontillado, with hints of hazelnuts, walnuts and roasted chestnuts.
Silky and dry, with a clear cathedral effect reminiscent of almonds and hazelnuts.
