Absolut Rainbow 2021 pays tribute to Gilbert Baker
Originally created in 2020 for the Canadian market, this edition is dedicated to the American artist Gilbert Baker, gay rights advocate and activist and creator of the Pride flag. The bottle has been produced in collaboration with The Gilbert Baker Foundation.
"The rainbow flag, created as a gift to the world by Gilbert Baker, is a symbol of hope, human rights and free love with whomever you want", said Elin Furlid, Marketing Director of Absolut Vodka at the presentation of the bottle: "In support of 40 years of the LGTBIQ+ movement, the Absolut Rainbow bottle is dedicated to our old friend and his legacy that lives on today".
