Yamazaki LIMITED EDITION 2021 is a limited edition blend of whiskeys that have been aged for over 12 years in new mizunara oak barrels.
Barrels are used repeatedly in whiskey making, but the barrels in which the whiskey is aged first after being made are called “new barrels”.
It features a barrel aroma and a rich taste derived from "Mizunara new barrel unblended whiskey".
The calligraphy of "Yamazaki" has the image of a powerful branding iron.
The appearance of the Yamazaki Distillery, which has a long history, is depicted on the presentation box that imitates the wood grain of Mizunara .
