El jarabe de azúcar es ideal para toda coctelería. Yo lo uso para hacer Pisco Sour, auténtico del Perú. Aparte del nivel de dulzura que necesita sin pasarse, el resultado es de una suavidad, sin llegar a ser cremoso.
