Tasting Notes

To the palate, the 10 year old rum gives the first sensation of an aged dry rum, then the subtle notes of smoothness and sweetness from the old Pedro Ximenez casks linger, leaving a very pleasant medium sweet taste.
Because of its very high quality it is recommended to be consumed in a balloon glass neat or on the rocks. The very sybarites can enjoy it in mixed drinks with flavoured soft drinks, carbonated or not.
