Gin Premium Puerto de Indias is produced by Los Alcores de Carmona, 100% family company that maintains the tradition of distillation in stills with more than a century of history, deans in the province of Seville and being one of the oldest in Andalusia carefully keep the ways of distilling in the past while continuing to innovate in its desire to offer its customers products of the highest quality.
The company produces a wide range of distillates, being masters in the production of aniseed under the brand "Los Hermanos" as well as owners of "Triunfo" liquors producing the first Andalusian pacharán.
The quality of its distillates is the result of the involvement of Los Alcores de Carmona in using Andalusian raw materials. Puerto de Indias is made with carefully selected strawberries from the fields of Huelva, as well as its selection of botanists who come from various parts of its geography.
Its gins are elaborated in copper stills in a slow process of distillation marked by the fire produced with the olive wood making a retreat to the processes of distillation of long ago.
Using alcohol previously macerated in strawberries to obtain the strawberry variety and the preparation of botanicals, they obtain the authentic Puerto de Indias flavor.
