Don Papa Baroko comes from the island of Negros in the Philippine archipelago.

With Don Papa Baroko, the heroes of the revolution are honoured. It is refined from high-quality sugar cane, which grows in extremely fertile volcanic soil and then matures in oak barrels.

Only the best and most valuable barrels are selected from the warehouse for the Baroko, in order to bring out the fruit and especially the vanilla aromas in the best possible way in this limited edition. With a shot of local cane sugar, which is supposed to emphasize these aromas even more, this molasses rum becomes a truly extraordinary creation.
